Our non-exclusive contract and confidentiality agreement are designed to set forth an open working relationship, while protecting all parties.
Underwriting
The Viper Team will work with you to collect all the information needed to get the job done right. This consists of underwriting each deal in-house, creating a confidential data room, drafting a business summary, and creating a marketing package. We will create all the essential documentation and analysis necessary to successfully market and close your deal.
Marketing Outreach
We develop a comprehensive marketing plan to create interest in your opportunity within our exclusive, proprietary network to generate interest only from qualified partners.
Confidential Exchanges
We fiercely protect our client’s information, contacts and strategies. Our simple non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with each partner puts all parties at ease.
Introductory Calls
Introductory calls are critical for establishing the potential for collaboration with the right finance parties based on our clients’ respective goals.
Deal Presentations
The first series is done on the phone with groups under an NDA that are interested in the opportunity. They will have specific questions to move forward.
In-Person Meetings & Deal Presentations
This is the real beginning of the deal process. As CIMs are exchanged, specific questions may arise. The Viper Team facilitates all information exchange.
Letter of Intent (LOI)
An LOI is signed and the due diligence process begins. The more organized you are, the easier this critical step is. We provide support in post-LOI diligence, so it runs smoothly.
Closing & Funding
The investor has set the closing date, and all contracts will be ready to be signed. All parties' objectives have been met. This process should be without incident and straightforward.

FOUNDER
David C. Branch, Founder of Viper Partners, has a 30-year career in business growth strategies, Private Equity, and Finance. Recognized as a 2018 “Top 100 in Finance” honoree, he specializes in aligning businesses with Private Equity for optimal growth.
His expertise encompasses the technology, hospitality, and medical industries. Having bought and sold over 100 companies for his own portfolio, Dave favors working with non-integrated DSO and MSO models. His proficiency in roll-ups and platforms contributes to successful M&A transactions. Notably, Dave built his own MSO from a single location into the largest radiology company in the SE United States in partnership with GE Capital.
A Hall of Fame Athlete, TV personality, world tailgating champion, and lifetime sports enthusiast, Dave lives in Palm Beach and coveted South of Fifth, South Beach, Miami.

JENNIFER ARSENAULT, MBA
Partner
Jennifer Arsenault is a Partner at Viper Partners. She brings over 20 years of progressive experience from large, publicly traded, international companies, each with revenues exceeding $1 billion. Her vast expertise includes financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, external SEC reporting, investor relations, and strategy.
After an extensive tenure in corporate finance, Jennifer transitioned into the M&A domain at Viper Partners. Here, she utilizes her business acumen to assist healthcare practice owners in preparing for the market, aiming to secure lucrative deals. In her current role as Managing Partner, Jennifer heads the Viper Underwriting and Packaging team. She derives satisfaction from cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, working towards successful deal closures, and enabling business expansion.
Originally hailing from New England, Jennifer now resides with her family in the beautiful Palm Beach Gardens community.
