FOUNDER
David C. Branch, Founder of Viper Partners, has a 30-year career in business growth strategies, Private Equity, and Finance. Recognized as a 2018 “Top 100 in Finance” honoree, he specializes in aligning businesses with Private Equity for optimal growth.
His expertise encompasses the technology, hospitality, and medical industries. Having bought and sold over 100 companies for his own portfolio, Dave favors working with non-integrated DSO and MSO models. His proficiency in roll-ups and platforms contributes to successful M&A transactions. Notably, Dave built his own MSO from a single location into the largest radiology company in the SE United States in partnership with GE Capital.
A Hall of Fame Athlete, TV personality, world tailgating champion, and lifetime sports enthusiast, Dave lives in Palm Beach and coveted South of Fifth, South Beach, Miami.

Samir Qureshi
PRESIDENT
Samir Qureshi is the President of Viper Partners and a seasoned healthcare executive with 20+ years of experience specializing in complex business transactions, M&A advisory, and strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector. At Viper, he leads the firm's sell-side investment banking practice — building relationships with practice owners, private equity groups, and strategic buyers to drive successful transactions across dental, surgical, and specialty healthcare verticals.
Previously, Samir served as Managing Director of Practice Acquisitions at ChenMed, a nationally recognized primary care group focused on value-based care, operating 70+ centers across the country. Before that, he was Vice President of Business Development at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), where he led national acquisition, growth, and development strategy to expand CTCA's comprehensive cancer care network.
Samir holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Robert Toscanini
VP, UNDERWRITING
Robert Toscanini is the Vice President of Underwriting at Viper Partners, where he leads pre-LOI financial diligence and transaction packaging across the firm's sell-side healthcare M&A practice.
With 20+ years of experience spanning financial markets, risk management, derivatives trading, and both residential and commercial real estate transactions, Rob brings a uniquely broad analytical perspective to every deal — from initial practice valuation to deal structuring and close.
Rob's ability to assess financial complexities effectively makes him a vital asset to Viper Partners' Underwriting and Packaging team. His deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis allows practice owners to navigate the full complexity of a healthcare transaction with confidence.
Originally from New York, Rob now lives in Jupiter, Florida, where he enjoys time with his family.

Tim Sullivan
CHIEF TRANSACTION & GROWTH OFFICER
Tim Sullivan is the Chief Transactions & Growth Officer at Viper Partners, where he brings institutional-grade M&A expertise and legal acumen to healthcare transactions on behalf of practice owners and sellers navigating high-stakes deals.
Tim's career spans the highest levels of global finance and corporate law. He served as a Senior Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs & Co. and as Vice President in Citigroup's Global M&A Group, executing transactions totaling over $100B across industries. His career began as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, one of the world's preeminent corporate law firms, where he developed a deep understanding of deal structure, transaction risk, and corporate governance that informs his approach to M&A advisory.
Tim holds a JD from Saint John's University School of Law and a BS in Economics from Fordham University.

Evan Morales
Director, Growth & GTM Strategy
Evan Morales is the Director, Growth & GTM Strategy at Viper Partners, where he drives deal flow origination, brand positioning, and growth strategy across 10+ healthcare verticals.
Prior to Viper, Evan was among the founding GTM team members at esellas, a tech company led by former executives and managing partners from Accenture, DXC, and HPE, where he helped drive growth across enterprise clients in Software, IT Services & Consulting, Healthcare, and Banking.
Evan holds a B.A. in Communication from Denison University and a certificate from the IBM & Darden Digital Strategy Specialization at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Valdosta State University's Harley Langdale, Jr. College of Business.
