Q3 Recap: Viper's Unwavering Commitment to Industry Excellence

Last month, a few exciting changes occurred within the Viper team. Christopher Ryan, Viper's General Counsel, and Michael Feeley, CFA, Senior M&A Analyst, joined the team to take their places as the new co-leads for Viper’s Post-LOI Closing Division.

At the same time, Nina Das was able to step into the role of SVP of Aesthetics to run the Aesthetics Division for Viper.

These new changes have proven to be yet another manifestation of the Viper Value System. Chris and Michael, in their leadership of the Post-LOI Closing Division, provide great value through the due diligence phase of acquisition by bringing their expertise and experience to the table. Michael works to facilitate information exchange and fill in any apparent gaps in information.

Chris, meanwhile, reviews legal entities and helps with the drafting of agreements. Chris and Michael bring velocity and veracity to the post-LOI process, further helping ensure a successful closing for Viper’s clients.

Simultaneously, Nina has stepped into the role of SVP of Aesthetics. The change allows Nina to focus on business development for Viper’s rapidly growing Aesthetics Division. As SVP of Aesthetics, Nina speaks with an average of 25 dermatologists and plastic surgeons each week, who call Viper to learn more about and discuss options for their practices.

The Viper team is one of the best in the industry and with good reason. Our dedication to the Viper Value System leads us to constantly improve ourselves in-house, raising the standard for our team and industry.
